The hotel had well-furnished and equipped rooms that were a good size and clean. However, the noise from the alley where glass bottles were emptied could be disruptive, especially late at night. The service was attentive and helpful, although there were instances of noise outside the room. The location was excellent, being right in the city center of Birmingham. The dining experience was pleasant but could get busy at times. Overall, a good choice for an overnight stay.

The hotel is situated perfectly in the heart of Birmingham town, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious and well decorated, albeit facing a bustling street. The service from the staff at the hotel reception and the attached Wetherspoons pub is excellent, showcasing polite and accommodating demeanor. The dining experience at the adjoining Briar Rose Pub is good value for money with a wide selection available. Overall, a great location with some minor noise disturbances from football supporters on Sundays.

The hotel provided mixed experiences. The rooms, although away from the street, felt more like prison cells than cozy spaces. On the positive side, the service was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. However, the dining experience fell short with just-off-luke-warm meals available. The facility was basic but accessible.

The hotel room was small with a single bed and overlooked a wall, but it was clean and had all the supplies we needed. The service was rushed but staff knew interesting stories about the local area. The location was superb with convenient amenities. The dining experience was fantastic but the food could have been hotter. The facilities were good overall.

The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. While it offered a comfortable stay with small welcoming touches, the room had some drawbacks like noise from the pipes and containers, as well as a dark view. The service was decent but not outstanding, except for the helpful Friday evening assistance. The location was great for exploring the city center, convenient for shopping and nightlife, but noise from nearby activities could be bothersome at times. Dining options varied in quality, from a superb experience to less friendly service in some areas.
